By accessing, downloading, or using the Runetify desktop software application and the website at https://runetify.app ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software or services.

2. Description of Service

Runetify provides interactive livestreaming software, downloadable desktop gaming utilities (Windows), and customizable broadcast overlay widgets designed for content creators and livestreamers on platforms such as TikTok LIVE.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Lemon Squeezy handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to payments, billing, tax calculation, and invoicing.

Subscription plans (e.g. Plus Plan, Ultra Plan) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal before your next renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Runetify. If you experience technical difficulties with our software that our support team cannot resolve, you are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee from your initial purchase date.

5. Software Licensing & Usage Rules

Runetify grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software according to your active tier plan. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or bypass security features or trigger restrictions of the application.
